These are adult classes open to teens, those who teach and work with teens, as well as adults.

We bring fun and safe yoga classes to schools, community centers, homes and other child-friendly locations through out NYC AND NJ. We are always happy to offer a free consultation on what a class structure and pricing may look like for your particular center.
We can also refer you to our satellite teachers in Belize and other areas of the U.S.

Pre-Recorded Classes
Did you miss our free online classes for young children spring of 2020? For a donation of $15 or more to the Asana Alphabet Teacher Fund, we will be happy to share those classes with you (2 in total for ages 3-6). Our teacher funds go directly to Asana Alphabet teachers who lost work during the Covid-19 pandemic and those who have had funding cut on programs due to the pandemic.
