This one day intensive workshop covers appropriate yoga postures and techniques for young children, methods for keeping a class flowing, sample class video and many games and activities for a whole semester of classes. The Basic Series is a prerequisite for Asana Alphabet(tm) certification. Includes Asana Alphabet(tm) coloring book and teaching manual in price. Contact:
